District Bylaws

The Districts may have bylaws, but 1st District does not.  First District is governed by Article XVI District Officers and Operations of the Department of Washington Bylaws.  Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, also are in force, and are cited in Article XXIV of the Department Bylaws.
